Hi, i want to share to all of you about healthy eating habits for children.Emm , looks easy ? but how many parents care about their children's nutrition.
Today's circulation produces a lot of snack advertising like burgers,carbonated drinks and pizza.



Convenient foods and beverages found in this market contain excess sugar and salt and have a long-lasting effect on this little kids.Healthy food reflects a healthy self.
The first healthy diet is yogurt.yogurt is a good source of calcium.Besides,it is also good for digestion.


Second,cheese.Cheese can be eaten in moderation and good for mind growth.You can mix it into vegetable salad.Cheese is included in the group of vitamin B and protein.

Thirdly, Healthy diet is baked potato.Potatoes contains potassium and fiber.You can try potato gratin or baked potato with salsa sauce. Definitely interesting for the disorder.


Vegetables and fruits are also important for childrens.Fruits have vitamin C contained in them that can prevent cancerous attacks while vegetables contain essential vitamins and minerals as well as antioxidants to maintain strong brain cells.













The conclusion,children must eat healthy foods in order to grow and develop in tandem.Families and healthy children guarantee a happy family.
